A blog? Well that's exciting! It's not that I feel like I have anything important to say, I just get bored. Plus, if my eight-year-old cousins have blogs, then I should have a blog. So here it goes.
Umm...my name is Kelsey. I live in K-town, I work at Bowmans, and sometimes I feel like I have no life. I like to read, watch TV, play the piano, hang with my peeps, and sleep. I enjoy Diet Coke (although I'm being converted to Diet Dr. Pepper) and good musicals. I plan on traveling the world someday...Europe, especially France, perhaps Africa, and all of the places you see in really pretty pictures. I don't know where they all are, but I will find them.
Here's my super funny/awkward story of the day. Working at a grocery store, you see lots of interesting people who buy interesting things. Today, there was a sketchy-lookin man buying condoms. Nothing else, just condoms. He was on the phone, which made it a little less uncomfortable, but still... Anyway, I handed him his receipt and, as I do with all customers, I said, "Have a good night!" It didn't take too long for me to wish I hadn't said that. Because I'm sure he's havin a great night. Needless to say, I was disturbed.
On a better note, I'm reading The Lightning Thief right now and really loving it. But I hear the movie isn't as good, which makes me sad. But still, I love a good book.
I also love summer. It is good.
Hi Kelsey! Cute Blog! If there is one thing I've learned in life, it is that we ALL have something to say. It's just finding someone to listen and care that is the hard part!!! By the way, Babette is Madame Clark!!!
